Woods Dental is a referral centre for Dental Implants and Orthodontics. Both aspects are specialist led. When you refer to Woods Dental you can be confident we will only carry out the treatment requested. Any other treatment deemed necessary will be referred back to the referring dentist, or with your approval, we can complete all aspects of the case in house. Communication is the key, you will be updated with the progress of your patient throughout treatment and the patient will be returned to you for their ongoing care.

All implant treatment is overseen by Craig Mallorie (link to bio on Meet the Team page). Dr. Mallorie is a very experienced Dental Surgeon who’s work is limited to the provision of high-quality Dental Implant Treatment, Oral surgery and Sedation. Dr Mallorie now works part-time as a Specialty Dental Surgeon in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cardiff’s University Dental Hospital performing all manner of oral surgery procedures under both local and general anaesthetic as well as teaching junior dental surgeons.
Dr Mallorie has been placing dental implants for well over 14 years with current success rates in excess of 98-percent so you can rest assured you are in great hands.
Safe to say Dr Mallorie is well versed and experienced in dealing with all manner of dental implant cases from a single missing tooth replacement to a total smile rehabilitation with techniques such as “All-on-4” and “Teeth-in-a-day”.

Woods Dental provides a full array of orthodontic treatment including removable appliances, Invisalign and fixed orthodontics on both adults and children. If extractions or any additional treatment are required, this will be referred back to you for treatment, or if you wish this can be carried out in-house with you require.
We will not accept a referred patient for any additional treatment without your approval.
Please note that although we provide treatment for children, we do not hold an NHS contract. All treatment is provided on a private basis only.
