Had Invisalign last November here. Can not recommend enough! Had my Invisalign off 3 months ago, I’m very happy with my teeth. If I had any problems they were super efficient and happy to help straight away.

I had an emergency appointment at Woods this afternoon and saw one of the practice partners, Christopher Woods. Following an x-ray he advised I would need the tooth extracted due to an infection. I have always had a fear of dentists and from the moment I sat in the chair to leaving, Mr Woods was so lovely and professional putting me at ease. Fantastic service thank you.

After nearly 4 years of braces treatment – I now have a new straight smile thanks to Woods dental! The team there have been absolutely incredible and have looked after me through many highs and lows throughout the journey! Have to give a massive shout out to Ceri who has been so amazing with me over the years (even dealt with my tears). She has done everything to make sure I’m happy with my teeth & is she just the best person! Never thought I’d say this but I’ll miss my monthly visits haha. Thanks for being amazing and getting me the perfect smile! Would definitely recommend Woods Dental!

I’ve just completed my Invisalign treatment plan with Woods, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—or the outstanding level of service I received throughout. The entire team, including Ceri, Geraint, and all the staff, went above and beyond to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I went for urgent dental care and I have a phobia of needles… I walked in crying due to my phobia. The receptionist was very welcoming as well as the dentist and the lady with him. Both helped me greatly as I ended up needing a tooth out and the dentist and the lady were so understanding I couldn’t appreciate it more. Great dentist I will be looking to go with them shortly because uve never had a dentist where I’m actually willing to go back to get more work done. 100% recommend.

I had an emergency appointment yesterday (05/09/24). I use crutches and the treatment room was upstairs so the first thing the done was to change rooms to make things easier for me which I thought was extremely helpful as it would have been a little hard for me to go up and down the stairs. I was extremely anxious as I’ve had bad experiences years ago so it was extremely hard for me to actually see a dentist. Not only were they very welcoming but they were understanding why I was so anxious and went at my pace and didnt rush me into anything. I had a xray and had to have a tooth removed. They explained each step to me and what they were going to do. They gave me printed information for what to do after which I was greatful for as I don’t think I would have remembered. They made me feel so welcoming and at peace I even asked if they had any space so I could sign up to the practice. Massive thankyou to the dentist and all the staff at woods dental.

I have been with this dentist for over 50 years and it has been as always an exemplary service. I was concerned when it changed hands several years ago that the service would suffer but the same care, professionalism and concern for the patient has continued. In this day and age where people are quick to complain and slow to complement I thought it necessary to thank them for their wonderful continued service.

My daughter had been teased for years about her teeth, she was amazed with the outcome! The whole process was quicker than she expected, from having both top and bottom braces fitted soon after her initial assessment to a beautiful smile with no overbite, gaps or angled teeth just 1 year later. Both her Orthodontic Therapist Ceri & Dentist Geraint were caring and friendly and together have done a fantastic job on my daughters teeth, smile and given her confidence. The aftercare has been equally impressive with 6 monthly follow up appointments, stressing the importance of wearing a retainer and guidance on retainer care. A top notch service and worth the money, so glad we invested in our daughters teeth instead of waiting even longer for the NHS Orthodontist service. Thank you Woods Dental Care.

Having undergone treatment for an implant in Bristol, which was expensive and went horribly wrong I was told by the Bristol dentists that an implant was “impossible” as there was not enough bone, even though I paid for and underwent the procedure to have the bone mass increased! I decided to go local for a second opinion, I was told there was a possibility to have an implant, anyway the team at Woods made this all possible and I have my smile and confidence back! If only I went local to Woods in the first place, I would have saved heaps of money and 2 years quicker, as the procedures in Bristol and having to wait six months each time for things to heal. I highly recommend woods, no issues at all, and have had 2 implants done by Rob Adams, thanks!

Absolutely top in their league, so professional and friendly. Made to feel at ease and very welcome from the moment you step through the door. I was terrified of a visit to the dentist before, but that’s now a thing of the past. Very caring staff, from the receptionists to the dentists. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them, and I have done on many occasions.

Have been a patient since it opened, always accommodating and really good with my 4 year old daughter. The dentist always discusses whatever he is doing and immediately puts me at ease. Would highly recommend if you are a nervous patient.

I am an extremely nervous dental patient and the whole staff here have been nothing short of amazing! 2 tooth extractions went better than I ever could have hoped, and am now in process of having teeth straightened with braces at grand age of 45! Each appointment has been made easy and as comfortable as possible. I cannot praise them enough!

I’m 51, hadn’t been to the dentist for a while so eventually joined Woods as a NHS patient.
I have to say that this is the most modern, comfortable and efficient practice I have ever come across. Extremely professional from reception to treatment and even reminding me by the text of my next appointment. If everyone joined Woods, Swansea would be a very smiley city.
